I offer integrative bodywork that includes therapeutic fascial work, cranial work, herbal, Ayurvedic, and anthroposophical oils, meditation and breathwork.

I welcome all people with the intention to meet in the simple presence of who we each are, releasing stress with ease and building resources and capacity. I can also support healing from acute and/or chronic injuries.
