about elizabeth

I offer integrative bodywork that includes therapeutic fascial work, cranial work, herbal and anthroposophical oils, meditation and breathwork. I welcome all people with the intention to meet in the simple presence of who we each are, building resource, capacity and a bounded sense of self.

I attended the Santa Fe School of Massage and have pursued specialization and mentorship in Neuromuscular Therapy, ongoing mentorship in Craniosacral Therapy, am a student member of the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International, and ongoing practice and learning of meditation, breathwork and Healing Hands with Pia Ma.

As a culinary artist, I spent two years at the Nutrition Therapy Institute and then went on to cook for one on one executive retreats, was a personal chef for families, put together cases of beautiful food for postpartum care, and ran a fermented food company. I have always grounded myself in food as medicine, using local food and striving for simple beauty.

Thank you to the ascended masters and courageous guides who have held lineages of wisdom and experience. To those who have shown me how to stand in the unflickering flame of my own heart, ever more steady. To the Tewa land on which my home rests, amongst the pinyon and juniper and apache plume.
